Take Charge! Program
Take Charge! is a program through the Oklahoma State Department of Health, that provides annual mammograms and pap smears to women who qualify. To find out if you qualify, please contact our office.
Well Woman Exams (Becoming a Well Woman)
Health Care costs continue to rise, and as a woman you find other ways to spend your money than on your health. Your children, family, groceries, and housing costs must all be paid. However, your health is important to you and to your family.
For our cash-paying patients, we have a special offer. We call this "Becoming a Well Woman". This is a package of services we will provide to you annually at a cost of $75. This package includes a complete wellness exam with pap smear. There will be an added charge for any additional labs.

Well Child Exams
Following are the recommended well child visit guidelines established by the American Academy of Pediatrics:
2 weeks, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 12 months, 15 months, 18 months, 24 months, and then yearly until age 18.

SoonerRide
SoonerRide is a program that helps you get to and from your SoonerCare appointments if you need a ride. We partner with LogistiCare Solutions LLC to provide this non-emergency transportation service for both the SoonerCare Traditional and SoonerCare Choice programs.
