What is Direct Primary Care (DPC)?
Many working individuals and families find health insurance to be a financial impossibility. Unfortunately, many ignore receiving much needed healthcare as a result. DPC is a model that seeks to bring affordable healthcare to people who do not have health insurance.
DPC is just that - direct primary care. A monthly membership (see below) guarantees unlimited visits with our providers for one low monthly fee. One monthly fee is often cheaper than a single visit to other providers in the area. DPC benefits include the following:
- Unlimited visits with our providers
- Unlimited electronic communication via telehealth or through the patient portal
- Steeply, steeply discounted prices on lab work
- Discounts on imaging (x-rays, CT scans, etc)
- Same day/next day appointments available
- No co-pays
- Many in-office procedures available at no charge (ex: breathing treatments, ear wax removal, abscess drainage, suturing of wounds to name a few)
- Family-like atmosphere where patients are people, not chart numbers
Is DPC considered insurance?
No. DPC is not insurance. It is recommended that members carry at least a catastrophic policy, which is often far, far cheaper than regular health insurance. DPC allows virtual unlimited access to primary care which seeks to prevent and treat conditions before they get out of hand.
Do you offer single visit payment options?
Yes, we offer a single visit payment option. This is called fee-for-service. Our prices for adults and youth are as follows:
Level 3: $110/visit (up to two issues addressed)
Level 4: $120/visit (up to 3 issues addressed)
Level 5: $130/visit (up to 4 issues addressed)
We also have in-office procedures such as breathing treatments and ear wax removal that are available for an additional cost. We offer more services than this - please call our office for more details.

Paid quarterly (every 3 months): subtract an extra 5%.
Paid yearly: subtract an extra 5% and get 13th month free
Additional youth are available for $30/month
